We kindly ask that all non-emergency cancellations be at least 24 hours in advance. All clients receive text and / or email reminders of your appointment time and date. We currently do not charge any cancellation fees, but we do require a card on file to hold your appointment.


Any no-call or no-show will result in 50% of the service charged to the card on file. If we cannot charge your card you will be required to prepay for future appointments at the time of booking.


We understand there are many things that can cause us to be late that are out of our control, if you do happen to be running late we ask that you try your best to call and notify us. Clients who arrive late will only get the rest of their booked service time. Any appointments that run 15 minutes late or more will need to reschedule.


We are a family owned business and while we absolutely love children, we kindly ask that children do not attend your appointment with you, unless absolutely necessary. This is due to safety concerns as well as limited space, but a parent or guardian is more than welcome to sit in our lobby with your child while you attend your appointment.


It is recommended to get your lashes filled every 2-3 weeks, clients who show up for a fill with less than 30 lashes per eye will be considered a full set. Please contact us if you feel that you are having extreme fall out and retention issues, so that we can discuss possible causes and solutions. If proper client aftercare has been performed and you are having extreme fall out within the first 3 days after your appointment, we will repair them free of charge. Remember, it is normal for 2-5 lashes (depending on the person) to shed per eye daily with or without lash extensions, they are just easier to notice with an extension attached.

Foreign Fills:

We do not currently charge an additional fee to fill lashes done at another salon, but if the extensions are cluster lashes, causing damage, hurting, stuck together, difficult to brush through, or have any chunks of glue it will be a removal and a full set. 

Allergies / Contraindications:

Although we do a thorough consultation with all of our clients, allergies and reactions can be developed to anything at anytime, even if there was no previous reaction. Our spa carries sensitive lash adhesive for allergy prone clients, but if you have had a reaction to lashes before, a patch test will be required. If you have any medical contraindications (including damaged lashes) at the time of your appointment, we may need to reschedule, cancel, or perform a more suitable service. This is for your safety.
